Looked great strapping on bottom looked like it cud easily come off or get loose n once broken it's a domino effect..I didnt wanna chance it so I returned.

I’m very happy with this furniture set. It fit perfectly under our gazebo. We have enjoyed it all summer. It’s durable, easy to clean, and looks beautiful. I’ve gotten several compliments on this set. I highly recommend this furniture set.

We decided to buy this version with the fire pit. For one person, I took my time to put the pieces together. Best to start with the commonly shaped non corner seats. Helps with piece identification. Took a couple of days to gradually put together. With two people or in a hurry could have been faster.Husband able to join in did the fire pit. Ugh first two pieces and one had a metal cut error affecting assembly. Contacted company via email, chat not a great idea. Received immediate response by email. Did have to make sure I watched and responded to emails accounting for time zone differences. I sent pics of damaged part and proof of purchase for return.Outcome.... instead of sending just one piece (not available) they sent a brand new set for the fire pit. My heart sunk with idea of sending other one back. NOPE immediately they said that was not going to be required.Waited about 3 weeks. Fire pit here and it's perfect.The whole set is ready. Just be sure to buy a cover, they're inexpensive and easy to take on and off. Consider product for water protection.Great customer service... be patient.

Furniture itself is nice and comfortable. Quality made items. The company did such a wonderful job on the furniture that they invested no money in technical writing that went along with the instructions. Only 1/3 of the parts were labeled. The video is of a gentleman putting parts together without voice instructions, just some awful elevator music in the background. The paper instructions were horrible. After 2 hours of putting it together and some unfortunate words I can't take back, we finally got it together. If you buy this product invite a family member over who you want to annoy to help out this together. Hey, nice product though.

UPDATE; change to 5 Star - Reached out to customer service regarding the missing cushions and they responded immediately and resolved the issue. Thank you for a great experience!ORIGINAL: The lift corner cushions are missing. It is a pain and expensive to return because they are so heavy. I like the furniture as it sturdy and comfortable, but I don’t know what to do with the incomplete package.

As mentioned in the above reviews, the directions were not easy to follow. However, once I set them aside and just applied basic logic, it was not that difficult to assemble. I was pleased with the quality for the price.
