For order that has not been processed for shipping yet, we can change it.

For order that is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, we cannot make any edits to it.

If you would like to make changes to your order, please reach out to our support through the helpdesk or email (support@pamapic.com).

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states with free standard shipping. Orders typically leave our warehouse in 2-5 business days, with delivery taking 5-10 days.
Unfortunately, we don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or international addresses at this time.

We do accept returns for the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The return is made within 30 days of the return request.

The return is not free of charge if it is for personal reasons. Return costs are calculated based on the location. If you would like to return the item, please contact us by email support@pamapic.com.

  • The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
  • The exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The exchange is made within 30 days of the exchange request.
