Once you confirm payment for the discount code redeemed with points, your corresponding points will be permanently deducted and cannot be reversed or returned. Please Note: Once an order is placed, the points will not be returned regardless of whether a refund, cancellation, or exchange is requested.
(2) The discount code redeemed by points can only be used once and will become invalid immediately after use.
