Delivery Time

Upon purchase, the product will be shipped within 2-5 working days, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days (Mon-Sun).

Our shipping operations are active from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the Contiguous United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

Please note that we primarily use UPS and FedEx for shipping, and PO BOX or APO/FPO addresses are not applicable.

When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

Shipping Locations

Shipping to US

1. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

2. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Shipping to Canada

1. At this time, only selected products are eligible for shipping to Canada.
Availability may vary by product category, size, and warehouse location.

2. If a product can be shipped to Canada, this option will be displayed on the product page and during checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Please note:

Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping times to Canada may be longer than domestic U.S. deliveries.

We currently do not ship all products to all Canadian regions.

Sales Tax Calculation

Sales tax will be automatically applied based on your shipping address during checkout. The tax rate is determined by state and local regulations in your delivery location.

Failure to establish contact may result in a delay in order processing. To avoid any delivery delays, we kindly request you to carefully review all the information provided during checkout.

Can I Change The Delivery Address For A Paid Order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can assist you in changing the delivery address. To request a change, please contact us at support@pamapic.com, and we will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours on weekdays.
