Our products come with unlimited lifetime customer service support. Within the first year of your purchase, if the product has failed due to non-human damage, our customer service team will provide you with free warranty service.

we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Free exchanges or refunds are only applicable to wrong or defective items. Please note that a restocking fee may be applied to non-defective items.
Force Majeure Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control – including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions – that prevent product delivery, we will issue a full refund for the affected order. No return of goods will be required in such cases.
Refund Processing Timeline
We commit to processing refunds within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting your returned item. Any account credits will be refunded immediately upon return approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for purchase (e.g., credit card payments will be credited back to the same card account). Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with all tags attached. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
