Shipping to US
- Shipping is available within the Contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
- Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders within these regions.
- We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx.
- Exclusions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Shipping to Canada
- Currently, only selected products are available for shipping to Canada.
- Eligibility depends on product type, size, and warehouse availability.
- If a product is eligible, the option will appear:
- On the product page (“Ships to Canada & US”)
- At checkout after entering your address
Shipping Schedule
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Our products come with unlimited lifetime customer service support. Within the first year of your purchase, if the product has failed due to non-human damage, our customer service team will provide you with free warranty service.
You can verify the warranty period with our customer service team in the body of your message.
Please note the warranty is only available for purchases on PAMAPIC’s official store. For purchases made through PAMAPIC authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

Warranty Information Tips

we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Free exchanges or refunds are only applicable to wrong or defective items. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to all returned non-defective items.
Force Majeure Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control – including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions – that prevent product delivery, we will issue a full refund for the affected order. No return of goods will be required in such cases.
Return Shipping Costs for Non-Defective Items
For returns of non-defective items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the item. We suggest reaching out to our customer support team for assistance with return instructions and estimated shipping fees before initiating a return.
Refund Processing Timeline
We commit to processing refunds within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting your returned item. Any account credits will be refunded immediately upon return approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for purchase (e.g., credit card payments will be credited back to the same card account). Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with all tags attached. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
