Buy a large propane tank. They go through a lot of propane. Quickly.

They're a great design. They're tall. They're nice to look at. They're like having a piece of artwork on your deck. The flame inside the tube, it's almost like sitting next to a campfire, very soothing. They were fairly easy to put together, easy to use.

Great patio heater

Heater looks great and puts off a fair amount of heat, but you have to be rather close to it. I assembled it myself (51yo BA woman) in about two hours. I scrapped the instructions and watched "Rocky's World" Youtube instruction video from 3 years ago, called "Pamapic Outdoor Patio Heater". Made the whole assembly a piece of cake.

Pretty heater

Bought for holiday get together and it was perfect- use it the garage for dinner to the chill out of the air. you do need to have air flow or the propane if you're sensitive to oder will give you a headache but with the patio door open it was perfect. We did purchase a carbon monoxide detector just in case - we used our second one outside in combination with the fire pit and it to was great- though outside the heat radius was about two feet from the heater. But it is beautiful to watch the flames - very hypnotic- it was not that difficult to put together and directions stink - all and all happy with them.

Good amount of heat

We are truly enjoying our new heater. It’s durable, beautiful and puts out good amount of heat. My kids and I love it. I had a handy man put it together. It did take him about an hour and 20 minutes each heater. He said there’s a lot of small pieces. Definitely a patient task to put together but when done looks great. My dad wants one now!

Customer service was prompt

It appears to be nice quality. This is not difficult to assemble but does take some time. It did not work when we tried to start it. We emailed the company and after sending them a video of the issue, they promptly sent a new part. It works great now, and we think it looks as nice as ones that cost much more money. Good value! Good customer service

Nice and good quality

I saw one of these at a friend's and ordered one for my patio to use for my 70th birthday party coming up. I was able to put it together by myself in about 2-3 hours. I built the frame in the house and carried it down the steps to the patio where I added the heat guards and heavy side panels. Directions were clear and easy to follow. I can't wait for my propane tank to arrive to try it out!
