We gave this a negative review. But the customer service is this product is amazing! They sent us new fire pit. And really stand by their product. I have updated this to 5 stars to reflect the overall satisfaction with this company. We loved the original fire pit and are happy to have it replacedWe loved this fire pit in beginning but in time it just started rusting a little more and more. And now it is completely rusted. It is protected from the rain. We keep it covered when not in use and it’s under a gazebo. Not sure why this happened!! It must be defective. We contacted the seller who informed us it is out of warranty. Terrible… to spend all that money to have to throw it out in less than 2 years!

Way better than expected! The glass top is beautiful!It took about 45 mins to put together, but we'll worth it.I'm not sure why some people complained about getting the tank in and out. I just tilt it and take it out, then tilt the new one to put back in.

Absolutely gorgeous! It arrived beautifully packaged.. assembly wasn't terribly hard, just take your time to read the directions carefully. Besides enjoying this fire table, the customer service is outstanding!I reached out to them and they responded quickly and professionally. Very happy with this purchase so far.

I have been looking for one of these for quite some time. I’ve done a bit of research. I liked the woven bottom to the fire pit as I know it won’t rust and it matched a couple of our chairs. The windscreen is fine but it’s not necessary, it puts out just the right amount of heat for an evening with a glass of wine .

It looks great and fired right up first try, whoever says it takes 30 min to put together is lying. It takes 30 min to get everything unwrapped and at least 2 hours to put together. Things don't align up, can't understand directions ect. Once together though it's nice.

Great addition to my patio!Pros - 1. I love that there is a hidden onboard propane tank holder! 2. The unit cover is nice. 3. Good quality structure. 4. Surprisingly great heat output. 5. Decent size surface area.Cons - 1. The clear glass wind shield is not great quality. It is held together by metal screws that do not stay tight. It's just a matter of time before the sharp metal connectors or the glass scratches the surface it rests on. Will likely remove all together, which is disappointing since this is a feature I wanted. 2. No place to store/hang the lid when table in use.
