I’ve had these since May and they’ve not faded or broken. All 4 are still wonderful. The only drawback is they leak rusty pools of red water that stains my travertine.

Originally this review was a 2 star, as my husband sat down on the chair that he had already sat down on 3 different times, it just collapsed. We were upset. We got ahold of customer service and they have replaced it! None of the other chairs have had issues. It was probably just a flaw in the one. Thank you Amazon customer service!

Wonderful lounge chairs!!

I am so so happy with my purchase! The chairs are easy to put together, very comfortable and they look great in my backyard! The quality is amazing!! I ordered small outdoor lumbar pillows to add on top of the cushion and it is perfect! Great buy especially with the cushions included!!

UPDATE: I increased my review to 4 stars based on the effort of Customer Service to correct these issues. I was informed this week that my issues were taken seriously by the company. Pamapic reported they have shifted their production to a new factory and reported these issues to enhance the quality of their products. They also provided a $50 refund to my Amazon account for the inconveniences experienced. Now, that is a good example of taking care of the customer when problems arise.INITIAL REVIEW: I agree with the reviewers that had problems with the items in their purchase and that Customer Service quickly and easily sent replacement parts. I also agree their Quality Control department needs to address these issues to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.I do not agree these items are easy to assemble if you have inferior pieces to start with. I assembled the first lounge and I thought the front leg assembly looked odd. I opened the second lounge and found out the leg assembly of the first one was on backwards and it had NO CLIPS to attach it to the mainframe! I sent pictures as shown above and a correct replacement piece was sent quickly.While I was waiting for the piece to arrive, I assembled the table. I found the holes for the screws did not align when I got to the last two screws to be added. I had to unscrew one screw on one side so I could get at least one screw in the other side. I then tried to get the third screw in and only got it 2/3’s in after a lot of effort with a rubber mallet and a screwdriver. The table appears study enough so I did not ask for a replacement given I spent 2 and 1/2 hours assembling and re-assembling all the items. I did sent another email with pictures of the table just so the company could address these issues with Quality Control.Finally, I commend Customer Service for the ease of a replacement part. I purchased the products in November 2023 and left them in their boxes in my garage. I assembled them last month and found the lounge step assembly problem and Customer Service had no issue sending a replacement part after 6 months.

Best purchase ever! Super easy to assemble and are very sturdy. They look amazing.

Chairs work well. Covers are good but a little scratchy against the skin.
