Oval Lift-Top Coffee Table with Storage

Requires quite a bit of a build, step one is crazy hard to get over and then you figure you got it... Then there's the last part... Whew cannot do the last part of attaching table top to the inside with one person, or at least I couldn't. Very very nice when you're done though! I have concern over time regarding the open and close mechanism. Cuz it's a little awkward to lift it. Once you get it you'll have it down Pat but if you have visitors or tenants or people who aren't familiar with it it isn't super intuitive and you got to be on the side it's opening up too to open it not the opposite side. But it's all good cuz it works good and you could store so many things on this table and it looks great. They did include Good directions Just pay attention (only had to go back out to the video for that first step and that last part) everything matched up very well with appropriate spare parts And good labeling... So not too bad. Very sturdy when done.

I absolutely love this fluted lift-top coffee table. It is BEAUTIFUL. The design, the sturdiness, the glass fluted paneling — everything exceeded my expectations. My husband and I have been wanting a lift-top coffee table for a long time, and this one is seriously perfect. I love being able to sit on the couch, lift the top up, and work comfortably on my laptop. It’s so much better than bending down over a low table. And since we don’t have a dining table, this is also an amazing solution for meals — finally something at a normal height! Assembly was long and tedious mainly because I hand-screwed everything, but the instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Up until the final step — attaching the heavy lift-top — I built everything completely by myself. The top does require two people, like the directions say. My husband held it in place while I screwed in the hardware inside. I also LOVE that the fluted area is real glass, not plastic. And the inside storage? Massive. There is SO much room inside. Plus, the open shelving on the end is great for books, remotes, or baskets. We’ve been leaning heavily into mid century modern and fluted furniture pieces, and this coffee table fits perfectly with our TV stand and buffet cabinet. Both my husband and I are genuinely obsessed with this piece. It’s stunning, functional, and feels high-end. Such a good buy!

This table is very nice and great if you are limited on space, this table is ideal. You can store books, magazines, snacks and anything else you have lying around your family room. The wood pieces are not cheaply made like pressed particle wood. The faux marble table top looks really good and makes it look expensive. We really enjoy the table because we didn’t have one and now wonder how we lived without it! The reason for only 4 stars is that it took a lot of time and I consider myself pretty handy. It took me over 2 hours because you have to pay attention to the instruction book because there are areas of vagueness like the direction of how the hydraulic arm panels are supposed to be facing. I guess wrong so I had to take apart half the table! I will say that the parts and pieces were organized and labeled. Again, pay attention to the direction of the pieces and every hole has a purpose which I disregarded. Overall the table is solid and very practical. Friends have positively commented and are ordering the table. I highly recommend this product.

I was a little hesitant about purchasing this coffee table, but I’m glad I did! I saw a review or 2 saying there weren’t any predrilled guide holes for the lifting mechanisms, but they must have been blind, received a defective piece, or installed the pieces backwards, because the predrilled holes were totally visible. I was able to put it all together myself in about an hour or so (my cat supervised), except for the top, which the next day I had my mom and brother hold it up while I screwed it in. Other than that, it was a smooth assembly. Looks great in my space and is the perfect size. The storage is definitely a plus! Opens and closes very smoothly as well. Love it!
